COHOES, NY --- Filling the need for a high performance, yet economical matte stock, Mohawk Paper Mills has added 60 lb. text to its 50/10plus line. Considered best in its class for printability and high ink gloss, Mohawk 50/10plus in 60 lb. text is targeted for high-volume jobs like catalogs, direct mail and envelope stuffers. With this product extension, the reliable 50/10plus line now offers a wider range of basis weights -- from the new 60 lb. text to 100 lb. double-thick cover, and includes a 7 point reply card. With a 94 brightness and very high opacity, 50/10plus combines high performance with exceptional value. As part of the Mohawk Digital Papers line, Mohawk 50/10plus Bright White and Softwhite are stocked in 28 lb. and 32 lb., both 65 lb. and 80 lb. cover are available in 8 1/2" x 11", 17" x 11" and 18" x 12" sizes. Special sizes for the Heidelberg Quickmaster DI are available from 80 lb. text to 100 double-thick cover. Designers often specify Softwhite for the way it complements other Mohawk grades, including Superfine, providing consistent corporate identity across collateral pieces. The clean blue-white 50/10plus Bright White also matches many uncoated Mohawk grades.
