What is the best binding technique if I have critical crossovers?

The best techniques are double wire, sewn and case binding. Saddle stitching is also good. Spiral wire and plastic spiral binding are not recommended. Be sure to check with your printer at the onset of your project so they can plan for tight crossovers.
